Politique de remboursement

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition along with all packaging. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@vigyl.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can always contact us for help with any exchange at info@vigyl.ca !


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. If you decide to return an item(s) to VIGYL, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to VIGYL. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Items that appear used or worn upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

BOGO's

Items from a BOGO deal are individually eligible to exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value than the original item's full price, and follow the same refund process as listed above. Any price difference between the original item(s) and the new item(s) will be refunded or charged to your original form of payment. Items purchased during a BOGO offer are viewed as pairs. The BOGO offer applies to the lower-priced item in the pair. If a return is necessary, each item in the pair has a new, equal value based off of the order total for the two items minus shipping charges. Returning any of the items from a BOGO offer will refund the new value of the returned item to your original method of payment.
