Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Please note any orders made over the weekend will enter our fulfillment sequence on the following business day. Estimated Time in Transit (excluding holidays): 4-8 business days.

US Orders

We offer USPS Priority Mail shipping. Please allow 1-3 business days to process orders. Please note that USPS Priority Mail is a standard service, and your delivery could take longer than what is calculated at checkout. 

US Tariff Notice:

Due to the current tariff situation, all duties, taxes, and customs fees are temporarily included in your order total. US customers should not be charged any additional fees at delivery during this period.  We're absorbing these customs-related costs to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our US customers. If this policy changes in the future, we'll provide advance notice and update our pricing accordingly.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION 

VIGYL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided.
